Welcome, friends, to Part I of the Unity Blaze Certification program! We are glad you’re here!
Throughout this course, we are going to talk about Return on Inclusion (ROI) because we believe that we ALL win when we are ALL able to enjoy our country’s beautiful outdoor landscapes. This part, however, will focus on, what we call Understanding the WHY – or the reasons many Black folks and People of Color are not properly represented in the outdoor industry.
The RETURN you will receive after completing this course will hopefully be an outdoor industry with greater accessibility because it is more welcoming for everyone and anyone who wants to participate.
This program applies to the ENTIRE outdoor industry, including you.
